    Refund Policy

    1. General Policy

    All digital content purchased on IndE-Book (ebooks, comics, audiobooks, digital files, subscriptions) is non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated in this policy.

    2. Acceptable Refund Situations

    IndE-Book may grant refunds in the following cases:

    1. Duplicate purchases

    The same item bought twice within 24 hours.

    2. Technical delivery issues

    Content that fails to load or is corrupted and cannot be accessed.

    3. Fraudulent or unauthorized charges

    Requires investigation and may require identity verification.

    4. Regulatory or legal requirements

    If applicable laws mandate refund rights.

    3. Virtual Currency (Paid Coins & Reward Coins)

    • Paid Coins (purple) purchases are non-refundable.
    • Reward Coins (green) have no monetary value and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

    Refunds, when granted, may be issued in:

    • Paid Coins (preferred method), or
    • USD (rare; only when legally required)

    4. Subscriptions

    Subscription refunds follow the policy shown at purchase. Partial refunds may be offered if:

    • There is a major service outage
    • IndE-Book discontinues the service prematurely

    5. Chargebacks

    If a User files a chargeback:

    • Their account may be suspended
    • Paid Coins or content access may be revoked
    • IndE-Book may dispute the chargeback with evidence
