IndE-Book respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed on the Platform, please send a DMCA Notice to our designated agent:

To be valid, your notice must include all of the following:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content on IndE-Book
• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
• A statement of good-faith belief that use is unauthorized
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
• Your physical or electronic signature

⚠️ Incomplete notices may be rejected or delayed.

3. Counter-Notification

If content is removed and you believe it was done in error, you may submit a counter-notice including:

• Identification of the removed content and its location
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of a U.S. federal court (or local court if outside the U.S.)
• Your contact information
• Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, IndE-Book will provide a copy to the original complainant and may restore the content within 10–14 business days, unless the claimant notifies us of a filed lawsuit seeking a court order.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

IndE-Book may, in its sole discretion, terminate accounts of Users or Creators who are subject to multiple or egregious copyright infringement claims.

5. Misuse

Submitting knowingly false, fraudulent, or malicious DMCA claims constitutes abuse of this process and may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination of the claimant’s account
• Liability for damages (including legal fees) under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f)
